Before we meet, we’ll send you a questionnaire to help us get to know your business, audience, and creative direction. It should take around 30-60 minutes to complete—but no rush! We’ll refine and explore the details together in our strategy session.
As part of the questionnaire, we ask you to include a link to a Pinterest board with styles you like—this helps us get a feel for your aesthetic preferences.

We kick things off with a strategy session where we dive into your business, goals, and vision. This helps us set the foundation for a brand that truly reflects who you are.
To get the most out of this session, we ask that all major stakeholders be present so we can align on key decisions from the start.

Based on our strategy session, we’ll craft a compelling brand story, key messages, and a brand style mood board to ensure everything feels cohesive. We’ll present this in a virtual meeting to align on tone, voice, and direction.

Now, the fun part—designing your brand’s visual identity! This includes your logo, colour palette, typography, and imagery. We typically present three rounds of logo concepts, refining based on your feedback. We’ll guide you through the process and keep things on track with clear timelines.

With your strategy, messaging, and visuals locked in, we’ll roll out your brand across key touchpoints—think signage, website, merch, menus, packaging, and more. We’ll set clear milestones for feedback and finalisation to keep everything moving smoothly.

Branding doesn’t stop at launch! We check in 1–3 months after rollout and again at the 6-month mark to see how things are going. Whether it’s refining touchpoints or offering strategic advice, we’re here to help. And if you ever need a sounding board, we’re only a phone call away.
