The Caves Coastal brand is about a love of local community, a love of fresh, high quality local produce and a love of nature. Its unpolished and understated style celebrates the raw, natural coastline on which it is situated on the NSW mid north coast.

We were engaged to transform Caves Hotel from a local coastal pub to a world-class venue which appealed to a wider Sydney market attracted to boutique accommodation, a high quality food offering and original and beautifully designed interiors. It was also vital not to alienate the local Caves Beach and Newcastle markets.

The brand is warm, relaxed and approachable and a focal point for the community as well as an attraction for Sydney weekenders. Fitting with the Caves Beach local area, it has an organic, unpolished and natural edge, yet it is also innovative and contemporary in keeping with it new food, drink and interior design offering.
